He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman "Sam" Jacks and Frances Johnson Jacks; and his sister Barbara Payne. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Harris Jacks; his daughters, Cristy Lowe, Kelly Baker (Jeff), Karla Balcirak (Kevin) and Carrie Christoffersen (Seth); and his grandchildren, Crystal Sidwell (Brandon), Ryan Sullivan (Josh), Jared Baker, Alyson Cantwell (Justin), Jacob Baker (Ashley), Raine Fraser (Matt), Brett Balcirak, Halle Balcirak, Colton Christoffersen, Caden Christoffersen and Lily Kate Christoffersen.
