Johnson, Anthony Johnson and Joseph Dean Johnson.
She is survived by: her mother Felcia McNabb Patton of Salt Lick, KY; and her brothers, Melvin Blevins of Salt Lick, KY, Dennis Johnson of White Hall, AR and Timothy Johnson (Diane) of Williston, FL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
