She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Dale Dixon Sr. and Betty Jean Dixon; and her siblings-in-law, Lamont Middleton and Lydia Dye. She is survived by: her husband Kevin Middleton; her sons, Kevin Middleton II (Michelle) and Clint Middleton (Brandy); her grandchildren, Dalton Middleton, Lexie and Alyssa Smith; her siblings, Stacy Martinez (Ruben), Kim Dixon (Mary) and Kenneth Dale Dixon Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Turpin, Ann Middleton (Darrell) and Edward Bogy; her nieces and nephews, Chad Bolding, Tristan Dixon, Jennifer Middleton and Donna Sue Bunch (Billy); and her close friends, Rita Taylor, Vicky and Joe Webb.

In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Chi, and Arkansas Childrens Hospital.
