He was predeceased by : his parents, Phillip Lee, Sr. and Albertha Cobbs King; and his brother Chester Perry. He is survived by : his wife Jo Lee of Pine Bluff, AR; his daughter Phyllis Lee Clark (David) of Louisville, KY; his granddaughters, Lea Simone Clark and Sydnee Mone't Clark of Louisville, KY; and his brother-in-law Alvin Jenkins (Patricia) of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, former co-workers and neighbors.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests contributions be sent to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff Lifeline Endowed Fund.
