He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Morris Knox, Jr. and Margaret Pritchard Knox; and his former wife Glenda Holcomb Black Knox. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Love Knox; and his stepchildren, Cindy Davis (Michael), Derrick Black (Kathy), Dell Black, Julia White (Robert), Stephen Burns, Daniel Burns and Jeffery Furman. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren; eight step-great-grandchildren; along with a host of friends.
