He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hagan and Lillian Snell Hagan; and his sister Katy Hagan. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hagan; his sons, Scott Hagan (Laura) and Mike Phillips (Dallas); and his siblings, Robert Hagan (Priscilla) and Barbara Rankin (Richard). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 1 great grandson as well as other extended family and friends.
