He was predeceased by: his parents, U. Z. Williams and Jessie B. Williams; his grandparents, Lee Ethel "Donnie" Kentle, Elliott, Lucinda Ray, Sammie and Mae Chester; his granddaughter Charlesetta Brown; and his grandparents, Eddie Fountain, Jr. and Kayko Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Joy; his children, Charles "Speedy" Anderson (Mary) and Portia Walters-Johnson; his siblings, Rev. Micheal E. Williams, Sr. (Pamela) of Pine Bluff, David Williams of Pine Bluff, Brenda Williams-Kearney (Sylvester) of Pine Bluff, Teresa Williams-Fountain of Pine Bluff, Glynnis Williams of Pine Bluff and Carol Williams-Rankin (Dalton) of Pine Bluff; his grandchildren, Laceresa Henry, Charles Brown, Jr., Kendrick Brown, Dana Brown and Cassero Fergerson; his godchildren, Lamont Gardner, Michael McAfee, Rodrick Willis, Chris Mitchel and Candice Mitchel; and his cousin Debra Kentle Canagan (Pete). He is also survived by ten great[1]grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family and friends.
