He was predeceased by : his parents, Ira Sr. Tillman and Verlean Tillman; his son Roy Tillman Jr.; and his siblings, John Pugh Sr., Ira Tillman Jr., Freddie Tillman, Maxcine Tillman and Annie Mae Tillman.

He is survived by : his wife Viola Tillman of Jacksonville, AR; his children, Stevie Tillman (TX), Shannon Tillman, Regina Tillman of Jacksonville, AR, Damon Tillman of Sherwood, AR and Keith Tillman of Beebe, AR.; and his siblings, Theodise Tillman Sr. of Little Rock, AR, Tommy Lee Tillman of Pine Bluff, AR, Michael Tillman of Jacksonville, AR, Elizabeth Tillman of Little Rock, AR, Barbara Murry of Pine Bluff, AR, Emma Bowens (Phillip) of Hurst and Erma Tillman of Euless, TX.. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Viewing was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Brown Funeral Home (2704 Commerce Cir, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
