He was predeceased by: his father John D. Tindall; his siblings, Rosie Lee Patterson, Eddie Binns and Earl Binns; his son Darren Tindall Sr.; and his grandson Tabias Tindall.

He is survived by: his sister Bobbie Betton (Roy) of Lancaster. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
