It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Savren Milligan of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on September 5, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Delter Milligan and Ethel Starkey Milligan; and his siblings, Frank Milligan, Bill Milligan, Bud Milligan, Pearl Peck, Lorene May and Betty Bolliger.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Lovette Milligan; his son Tommy Milligan (Rita); his granddaughter Regan DeBlieux (Jared); and his great grandchild Avery DeBlieux. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
