It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Jean Weeks of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on May 5, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Finis Doolin and Mary Armstrong Doolin; and her siblings, Bobby Doolin, Cecil Finis Doolin, Jr. (Junior) and Wanda Heritage.
She is survived by: her husband Melvin; her children, Shane Bristow (Kim), Cheri Patrick (Ryan) and Michelle Harless (Chris); her siblings, Howard Doolin and Mary "Cricket" Cheshire; her grandchildren, Sydney Grace Herz (John), Dawson Milton Bristow, Tyler Garr, Brenan Patrick and Hayley Patrick; her great grandchild Chase Patrick; and her cousin Martha Jane Kasiah. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson & Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
