He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sidney Astor and Evelyn Louise Weems Evans; his wife Jackie Evans; his siblings, Sandra Pustelnik (Brian), Carl "Joe" Evans, Thomas Evans (Lisa) and Bobby Evans; his children, Crystal Cockrell (Sam), Amanda Kimball and Ronnie Kier; his caregiver Barbara Paquette; and his grandchildren, Christopher Medlock, Landen Calhoun and Caridee Higgs.
