Steven Allen Carter Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Allen Carter of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on February 26, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jack Carter. He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Leonard Carter; his siblings, Mike Carter (Marilyn) and Sharon Monk (Mike); his children, Stephanie Wiggins and Brian Carter; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Carter, Mallory Lohnes, Morgan Cox (Nick) and Joseph Failla.
