It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Earl Tidwell Sr. of Pine Bluff, Arkansas, who passed away on September 2, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Earl and Rosa Bell Cook Tidwell; his spouse Sunbeam Raymick (Sunny); his grandsons, Jacob Allen McGarity and Ricky Lee Partin; and his siblings, Helen Westerfield, Rosa Mae Weatherford, Hazel Ply, Charlie "Bud" Tidwell, Sam Tidwell and Leon Tidwell.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Earl Tidwell, Jr. of Pine Bluff, Gloria Tidwell of Conway, Elaine Holmes of Raleigh, NC and Marilyn Partin of Oark, AR; and his siblings, Linda Kelley of Pine Bluff and Henry Harold "Hub" Tidwell of Bakersfield, CA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, in honor of the love he had for children.
