He was predeceased by: his former wife Carolyn Howell; his parents, Willie Howell and Lavinia Howell; and his siblings, Earnest, Dorsey and Mildred.
He is survived by: his children, David Howell of Conway and Judy Howell Adair of Joplin, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Rebecca Sanders, Margaret Kiger, Scott Howell and Andrea Perkins; his stepdaughters, Hope Lefler, Amy Howell and Julie Shanks; and his child Beverly Howell (Randy Adair). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and beloved extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bella Vista Baptist Church, 50 E Lancashire Blvd., Bella Vista, AR 72714.
