He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Ivy Scallion and Lula Leona Crain Scallion; his wife Jean Scallion; and his brothers, Benny Scallion and William Scallion.
He is survived by: his sons, Doug Scallion, Leon Scallion (Kim) and Vernon Scallion (Jaime); his grandchildren, Brandon Scallion (Christin), Lindsey Scallion Tooke (Aaron), Haleigh Scallion Hudgins (Scott), Hayden Scallion, Spencer Scallion, Trey Scallion, Jennifer Scallion and Kane Mills; his great grandchildren, Faith Tooke, Rowdy Tooke, Landon Scallion, Saylor Scallion and Henry Welton Hudgins; and his caregivers, Willie Mae Jones and Tina Solis.
