She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Phillips, Sr. and Vada Grissom Phillips; her siblings, Lee Phillips, Jr. (Nadine), Lawrence Phillips (Leona), Veneer P. McEntire (Mac), Varnie P. Amalavage (Al), Viola P. Robinson (Fred) and Virginia P. Tucker (James); and her husbands, H. Milton Temple and Herman E. Zappe.
She is survived by: her nephews, Fred Robinson, Jr., Jerome Phillips, Bill Phillips, Jack Phillips, Jimmy Tucker and James Lawrence McEntire, Sr.; and her sisters, Marquita Howard, Kelly Kelley, Deborah Morgan and Mary Moore. She is also survived by several nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Ralph Robinson and Son (807 S Cherry St, Pine Bluff, AR 71601). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
