We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2022, at the age of 72, Veter T. Howard of Pine Bluff, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Antee Thomas, and Isaac Thomas, Sr.; her husband George Howard, III; her children, Jennifer Antee, George IV and Jillian Alexandria; her grandchildren, Kalan, Logan, Lauren, Avery and George V; and her siblings, Johnny Thomas (Lillian), Isaac Thomas, Jr. (LaTonya), Amanda T. Pace (Michael) and Connie McGowan (Clifton). She was also cherished by her brother and sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers and other mementos, the family requests that those wanting to honor Veter make love gifts or donations in her name to the UAPB Band Scholarship Fund or the Lady J Foundation, Full Counsel Ministries.
