She was predeceased by: her parents, William Key and Virginia Key. She is survived by: her husband Ben Newton Jr.; her children, Olivia Newton, Benjamin Newton, Naomi Johnson, Edwin Newton (Matt), Jason Newton, Sarah Mwaniki and Joshua Newton; and her siblings, Janice Etherly, Anna Reed, William Key, David Key and John Key. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
