He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harold Crook and Pauline Dean Crook. He is survived by: his wife Dannette Graves Crook; his sons, Norman Crook and Steve Crook; his granddaughter Amy Crook (Trey Hackney); his great grandchild Hayden James Hackney; and his sister Nena Townsend.
