She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Perkey and Gertie Perkey (Lassiter); her husband Jay Davis; her son-in-law Gene Blackwell; and her siblings, JJ, Paul, Von, Verl, Bill Perkey, Clois Ray and Jo England.
She is survived by: her children, Reda (Mike Cartwright), Annette Blackwell of Clarksville, Darrell (Linda Gilley), Randell (Carla Davis) and Keith (Donna Davis); her sisters, Tommie Garlin and Kay Milligan; and her grandchildren, Jarred Cartwright, Elisha McCartney, Amy Marrufo, Kristi Lindsey, Jeremy Davis, Kyle Davis, Hannah Sullivan, Bryan Davis and Dakota Davis. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
