She is survived by: her husband Dale Clark; her sons, Joshua (Andrea), Jacob (Larissa) and Jesse; her grandchildren, Gabriel, Sean, Claire, Caden, Carys and Houston; and her brothers, Roger (Susan), Donnie (Kelly), James (Jamie), Scott (Brenda) and Neil (Barbie). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
