She was predeceased by : her father Ulis Fletcher; her husband Donald Ralph Blake; her daughters, Bridget Blake, Donna Blake and Judy Blake; her grandson Charles Inloes, Jr.; her great grandchild Caleb Nichols; and her brothers, Afton Fletcher, Albert Fletcher and Lorn Fletcher.

She is survived by : her granddaughters, Geneva Nichols (Steven) of Pleasant Plains, Stacy Maple (Greg) of Southside and Hannah England of Southside, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Michelle Headley, Isaac Nichols, Joseph Nichols, Rachel Nichols, Tyler Inloes, Brian Inloes, Heather Inloes, Jordan Inloes and Madalyn Maple; and her sisters, Jeraldine Mitchell of Mountain View and Eathal Mae Lawrence of Calico Rock. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
