He was predeceased by : his parents, William Francis and Lucy Garner (Hill); his wife Norma Faye Garner; his sons, John Garner, Danny Seaman and David Seaman; and his siblings, Mavis Smith, Bonnie Harris, Luann Garner, Carl Garner, Bill Garner and Bob Garner.
He is survived by : his daughter Charlotte Garner of Pleasant Plains; his sister June Whiteside of DeValls Bluff; his grandchildren, Jerad Dugger, Cody Garner, Dusty Garner and Ty Garner; and his great grandchild Hattie Dugger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
