He is survived by: his mother Mildred Tate Middleton of Batesville; his children, Johnny Chitwood (Tesa) of Newport, Adain Chitwood of Pleasant Plains and Scarlett Chitwood of Heber Springs; his siblings, Jerry Chitwood (Elizabeth) of Indiana, Kelly Chitwood (Robin) of Indiana, Ricky Middleton of Southside, Troy Middleton (Nikkie) of Southside and Luenell Lawson (Jerry) of Pleasant Plains; and his grandchildren, Lexus, Lillie, Alysia and Brayden.
