He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Gomillion and Mae Hellen Gomillion. He is survived by : his children, Van Alan Toney, Jada Toney and Vannisha Toney; his siblings, Albert Toney, Herbert Toney, Carl Gomillion, Vicki Davis, Barbara Cooney and Mary Canady; his sister-in-law Charlotte Gomillion; and his friend Charles Ray Kindle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
