She is survived by: her parents, John Charles Gaines and Dorothy Tucker Gaines; her husband Eddie Balch of Plumerville; her children, Taylor Southerland (Colton) of Knoxville, Arkansas and Eric Balch (Brooklyn) of Plumerville; her grandchildren, Sawyer Southerland and Juniper Southerland; her sisters, Tina Gaines of Northwest Arkansas and Denise Pearson (David) of Houston, Texas; and her stepmother Mary Gaines.
