She is survived by: her husband Jerry Wayne Campbell of Plumerville; her siblings, Cheryl Van Venrooij-Brown and Ronald Jay Brown (Tammy); her friend Barbara Smith-Marshall of Conway; her children, Timothy Allen Mahan (Jan) and Kelly Ruth Long (Kevin); her grandchildren, Keri Marie Sample (Chris), Sara Kay Asher (Jeremy) and Ricky Wade Mitchell (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Haley Ruth Asher, Bradley Hugh Michael Asher, Kaleb Sovan Sample, Kaden Joseph Mitchell, Riley Daniel Davis Asher, Bentley Wade Mitchell and Makenzie Raylynn Mitchell; her great great grandchild Blakelynn Ruth Ann Farr; her son Joseph Kendall Belote (Kari); her granddaughter Ellary Grace Belote; her daughter Kathy Gail Huett (David); her grandsons, Tyler Kade Huett and Ryan David Huett; her daughter Candy Leigh Campbell; her grandson Anthony Cole Campbell (Erika "Bryn"); her great grandchildren, Rosalie "Rosie" Hendrix Campbell and Delilah "Dolly" Ruth Campbell; her daughter Darbi Ann Blencowe (Paul); her granddaughter Lee Ann Nicole Lawrence (Adam); her great grandchild Hunter Lawrence; her son Joshua Knight Campbell A (Jo); and her brother Bill Haynie.
