She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Abrams; her children, Byron Chambers (Paries), Ranetta Abrams (Alfonza), Trixie Abrams and Amy Thomas; her grandchildren, BreAsia Chambers, DeAveon Abrams, Irulan Abrams, Ja'Kobe Chambers and Keenen Thomas; her great grandchild Charlee Reece; her siblings, Ruth McKey, Norma Robertson (Byron), Joyce Cunningham (Marcellus), Sharon Perry (Kenneth), Bonnie Reed (Roman), Henrietta Holloway, Yvonne Dorris and Darrell Chambers (Marcia); and her close friend Emma Rice. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was also a member of the Center Community Foundation where she served on the Membership and Culinary Committees.
