He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Matt Baltz and Mary Louise Baltz; and his sisters, Mary Therese Davis, Madeleine Throesch and Millie Kueter.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Thielemier; his children, Lisa Riggs (Sam), Susie Roberts (Rob), David Baltz (Karla), Julie Muse (Joe) and Brian Baltz (Rachel); his grandchildren, Austin Riggs (Nichole), Hannah Riggs, Emily Hobbs (Jonathan), Krista Gray (Dylan), Brad Roberts, Ryan Roberts (Paige), Spencer Baltz, Logan Baltz, Brenna Baltz, Mason Baltz, Jackson Muse (Jillian), Abi Muse, Gavin Muse, Addison Baltz, Peyton Ahrent, Molly Kate Baltz and Hudson Baltz; his great grandchildren, Hazel Riggs, Vyolette Riggs and Benson Muse; and his siblings, Guy Baltz (Joan), Rita Dust, Genie Harper and Janet Holt.
