He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Hamilton Smith; his daughter Amanda Kelly; his grandchildren, Nikki McCorkle of Batesville, AR, Kendra Kelley of Mammoth Springs, AR. and Alexander Kelley of Mammoth Springs, AR.; his great grandchildren, Alice, Ava, Avery, Ariel McCorkle of Batesville, AR, Lilly and Jaxx Holmes of Thayer, MO.; and his sisters, Kay Faulkner of Harrisburg, Rose Marie Cockell, Phillis Ann Smith of Westville, OK., Evelyn Clyte Smith and Kathy Lynn Smith.
