He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Ellis and Winnie James Ellis; his wife Jeanette A. Anderson Ellis; and his siblings, Percy Ellis, Russell Ellis, Jack Ellis, Fern Coonce, Martha Edwards, Mary Simpson, Louise Simpson and Fanny Broadway.
He is survived by: his sons, Danny W. Ellis Jr. of Pocahontas and Michael Wayne Ellis of Pocahontas; and his grandchildren, Ashlyn Ellis and Brynlee Ellis. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McNabb Funeral Home (2129 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR 72455). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Randolph Memorial Gardens (Pocahontas, AR 72455).
