He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Casady; his children, Danny Earl Casady (Megan Hartness) of Auburn, WA, Stephen Smith (Lisa) of Newhall, CA, Chestel Smith of Pierce City, MO, Jim Smith (Aaron) of Joplin, MO, David Smith (Sophia) of Springfield, MO, Anna Marie Telford (Jon) of Cherokee Village and Linda Sisco (Danny) of Doniphan, MO; and his sister Kathy Walter of Benton, KS. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren.
