She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Lemmons and Melvie Lemmons; her husband Jack Washburn; and her sister Bonnie Osthoff. She is survived by: her sons, Noah Washburn (Lisa) of Columbia, John Washburn (Kim) of Black Rock and Joe Washburn (Amanda) of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Abigail Winkleman (Brad), Noah Jr. Washburn (Meagan), John Taylor Washburn (Mackenzie), Allie Washburn and Jake Washburn (Tori Ward); and her brother Bill Lemmons (Beverly) of Pocahontas. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
