It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eldridge Leon Neece (Pocahontas, Arkansas), who passed away on January 15, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Neece and Pearl Oldham Neece; his spouse Cletis; his son Robbin Neece; and his sisters, Delores Leonburger and Joyce Ragsdell.
He is survived by: his children, Ricky Neece (Dan Jensen) of Warrensburg, Missouri and Rhonda Stone (Victor) of Pocahontas; his grandsons, Andrew Stone (Brittany) of Fayetteville, Arkansas. and Sean Stone (Claire) of Fayetteville, Arkansas.; his great grandchildren, Xander, Oakley and Scarlett; his siblings, Wilda Johnson and Eugene Neece; and his nephews, Doty Reed, Andrew Rogers, Shawn Seagraves, Jeremiah Winslow and Kent Winslow.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Sutton Free Will Baptist Church (5421 US-62, Pocahontas, AR 72455).
