He is survived by: his wife Kathie Adkins; his sons, Nick Adkins (Paloma) and Ben Adkins (Kelli); his grandson Layne Adkins; and his siblings, Rhynea DeBow, Art Adkins (Eileen) and Carla Crowell (Jim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
