He was predeceased by: his stepfather Kim Nibert; his grandparents, Willis, Mildred Hayes, Duan and Bernice Bagwell; his uncle David Bagwell; his former wife Karen Vance; his friend Bill Campbell; and his pet Buddy.
He is survived by: his parents, James Ernest Bagwell (Gail) and Brenda Nibert (Hayes); his siblings, Stephanie O'Donnell (Shawn), Joey Bagwell and Eddie Rose; his aunt Bonnie Collins; his uncle Dennis Bagwell; and his stepsisters, Leah Spence and Brandi Sharp (Brett). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
