He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otho and Lessie Pauline Huffman Treadwell; and his daughter Donna Treadwell. He is survived by: his son James Wayne; his daughter-in-law Jeanenne Treadwell; his siblings, Don Treadwell, Sharon Kelly and Judy; his brother-in-law Leland Biggerstaff; his granddaughter Amber Doty (J. Paul); and his great grandchild Cannon Dail.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shinn Funeral Service (800 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72801). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Price Grove Assembly of God (1895 Nfm 1001, Dover, AR 72837).
