He was predeceased by : his parents, Thomas Edward Thielemier and Susan Moore Thielemier Johnson; his grandparents, Glen, Virginia Moore, Bernard and Anna Thielemier; and his uncle Dennis Moore.
He is survived by : his sisters, Misty Thielemer and Ginger Bales (Quinton); his stepfather Gary Johnson; his uncles, Marty Moore (Carol Sue) and Mark Moore (Cindy); and his aunt Sherry Moore. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
