He is survived by: his wife Janice Chastain; his sons, Jeff Chastain (Suzi Hindman) of Pocahontas and James Chastain of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Clark Chastain of Pocahontas, Kaelyn Culp of Brookland and Kenton Culp of Brookland; and his half-sisters, Doris and Lavon. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
