She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Duncan and Onad Davis Duncan; her husband Loyd Collins; and her siblings, Edith, Johnny, Nadine, Jeannie, Mary and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Collins (Tammy) of Black Rock, Johnny Collins of Pocahontas, Rex Collins of Pocahontas and Camie Collins (Bryan King) of Pocahontas; her grandchildren, Joe (Jessica), Lane, Nathan, Cassandra (Dennis), Chasity, Felicia, Kevin and Crystal; her great grandchildren, Lynnley, Anna, Ella, Everleigh, Beckett, Reldon, Jessie, Logan, Leon and Shelby; and her sister Betty. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
