She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Noah Mullins and Virginia Durbin Mullins; her husband George "Pat" Smith; her brothers, Gary Lee Mullins, Johnny and Ralph Noah Mullins Jr.; and her siblings-in-law, Carroll Biby (John), Deedee Smith, Mike Smith and Dan Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Barnett (Kevin), Patrick Smith (Kristi) and Rodney Smith (Terry); her grandchildren, Cody Barnett (Ashley), Josie Boudreaux (Jordan), Justin Smith, Joseph Smith (Kelsey), Winter Erazo (Devyn), Oceana Robinson (Branch), Ryan Smith (Heather), Tara Overton (Garrett), Cara Sheadi and Tori Boudreaux (Brian); and her siblings-in-law, Jeannie Jansen (Jeff), Annie Smith, Dennis Smith, David Smith (Kelly) and Tim Collins (Wanda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the McNabb Funeral Home Chapel (2129 N Park St, Pocahontas, AR 72455). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Pat Smith Family Cemetery.
