He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Kidd Lewis and Leo Lewis; and his siblings, Charlene Lewis, Bob Lewis and Judy Ann Lewis.
He is survived by: his son Jimmy Lewis (Chris) of Pocahontas; his brothers, Larry Lewis (Vera) of Pocahontas, Carl Lewis (Janet) of Doniphan, MO. and David Lewis of Gatewood, MO.; his grandchildren, Stacy (Kyle Wesselhoft), Autumn Taylor of Southaven, MS. and Casey Lewis of Pocahontas; and his great grandchildren, Rylee Wesselhoft of Benton and Grayson Taylor of Southaven, MS.. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
