She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dennis and Neva Kathryn "Kay" Burrow; her husband Gary Ronald James; her son Keith; her daughter-in-law Donna James; and her brother Dennis Burrow (Avis).
She is survived by: her children, Katonna Richardson (Dina Lewis) of St. Louis, MO and Kevin James (Cyndi) of Troy, MO; her grandchildren, Bobbi Gilbert (Jonathan), Brian Richardson (Jennifer), Kerry Gill (Jerod), Courtney Case (Patrick) and Kyle James; and her children, Jesse Dylan James Foundation, Sherwood and Searcy. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
