He was predeceased by : his mother Georgia Dixon Chastain; and his former life partner Nancy Chastain. He is survived by : his wife Lavada Chastain; his children, Chad Chastain and Krystal Duncan (Blake); and his grandchildren, Alex, Cooper Chastain, Raden and River Duncan. He is also survived by two sisters; one brother; many nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.
