He is survived by: his mother Sadie Marie Haddad Crouse of Lake Village, Arkansas; his children, Kristina Celeste Crouse of Portland, Shelly Wright (Jake) of Monticello, Arkansas and Adam Newton (Madison) of Portland, Arkansas; his siblings, Sarah Haddad Crouse, Kamila Lea Crouse and Khalil Lynn Crouse (Michelle) of Lake Village, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Blayze, Travis, Marley, David Glen and Emory; and his nieces, Samara, Miriam and Josephine. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
