She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Hay; her siblings, Gloria Ford, Anita Adkison and Douglas Ford; and her in-laws, Benjamin and Nell Howard.

She is survived by: her children, Alicia Ford and Jason Hay (Paula); her grandchildren, Logan Connell (Alexa), Gracie Connell and Joey Connell; her siblings, Ronnie Ford (Paulette), Dena Ford and Christopher Ford; and her siblings-in-law, Jeff and Sandy Howard.

A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Shinn Chapel (800 W Main St, Russellville, AR 72802). A reception was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
