He is survived by: his wife Nila Manns of Pottsville; his children, Paul Manns, Amber Wilborn of Lamar and Crystal (Aaron Arndt); his stepdaughter Kimberly (Taylor Jenkens); his sisters, Wilma (JD Palmer), Wonetta Bonds, Linda Flurry of Russellville and Debbie Kight of Dover; and his grandchildren, Chad (Josh Freeman), Destiny (Donnie Treadwell), Chasity (Hunter Phillips), David (Lisa Freeman), Zachary Arndt, Alexia Arndt, Ryan Arndt, Dakota Arndt, Cody Collier, Logan Collier, Alexis Deal, Sebastian Burris, Kamron Jones and Zoe Jenkens. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
