He is survived by: his daughter Tina Ann Mediano; his wife Elsa Lorene Jackson of Pottsville, Arkansas; his children, Cindy Standridge Jackson (Anthony) of Centerville, Sandra Highfill (Jeff) of Plainview, Louis Mediano Jackson (Karen) of Russellville, Nina Cluck Jackson (Chris) of Clarksville, Darlene Scoggins (Steve) of Pottsville and Francis Jordan (Gary) of Pottsville; and his siblings, Judy Carter, Julia Rollins, George Rollins and Timothy Rollins.
