With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rebecca Dianne Boyd of Poughkeepsie, Arkansas, who passed away on May 12, 2026 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Rebecca is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rebecca's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parent Jeffie Farmer; and her brother Jeffery Farmer. She is survived by: her father Nelson Farmer of Nelsonville; her husband Royce Boyd I; her children, Michael Nelson Huckabee (LaVonda) of Nelsonville, David Charles Huckabee (Carla) of Evening Shade, Royce Franklin Boyd II (Amy) of Cave City, Arkansas, Chrystal Boyd of Marcella, Katina Farmer (Melissa) of Poughkeepsie and Rebecca Dianne Lankford (Henry) of Evening Shade, Arkansas; and her sister Victoria Farmer of Nelsonville, Arkansas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel (546 Harrison St, Batesville, AR 72501). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Old Lebanon Cemetery.
